We hope all is well with you and everyone is enjoying a successful start to 2023. At Monomoy Advisors, we are excited to celebrate another anniversary on April 1, 2023. More importantly, we look forward to continuing to serve clients for years to come.


As everyone is now aware, the recent banking crisis resulted in significant obstacles for companies. At Monomoy, we mobilized to support our clients’ immediate response to the unprecedented crisis in establishing new bank relationships, as well as, advising our clients on additional considerations including cash management risk mitigation which we published in a cash management newsletter.


In addition to supporting our clients through the crisis, here are some recent examples of projects the Monomoy team has been engaged –

  • Supported multiple separate strategic transactions, including the sale of publicly traded entity, carve-out sales of publicly traded entities, and a private equity backed take-private transaction where we provided strategic deal analysis, project management, and technical accounting support.
  • Advised several clients on fundraising strategy, creating pitch decks, selecting tiered investor lists, and investor introductions.
  • Supported a client’s efforts to set up an offshore center of excellence.
  • Provided financial modeling support to a preclinical company regarding its various assets, strategic and financing options.
  • Led financial reporting efforts for a client issuing its first Form 10-K, including document drafting, legal and operations team coordination and audit firm interaction.
  • Implemented payroll and equity systems across several clients.
  • Advised a company’s roadmap to build its Human Resources function and compensation model structure.
