- Supported multiple strategic transactions, including the sale of a publicly traded entity, carve-out sales of publicly traded entities, reverse mergers, the assessment of a license agreement resulting in the ultimate sale of the asset, and private equity backed take-private transactions where we provided strategic deal analysis, project management, and technical accounting support.
- Performed multiple diagnostics of client financial operations to identify performance gaps, developed a roadmap to address the identified weaknesses and implemented enhancements to improve internal reporting.
- Provided interim finance and project management support to public and private companies, including venture capital and private equity backed, of various sizes across multiple industries.
- Supported public companies’ preparation of Form 10-K’s, proxy statements, press releases, and management Q&A’s.
- Worked with early-stage biotech companies to complete R&D portfolio optimization scenario planning, capital preservation initiative assessments and runway extension analyses.
- Provided project management services to increase client operating efficiencies and management reporting through defining data requirements, merger integration, redesigning process flows, and supporting system implementations.
- Advised clients in structuring and accounting for sale-leaseback and build-to-suit leasing transactions to leverage unique financing options available in 2023.
